Platinum Equity acquires Czarnowski Collective

Czarnowski Collective 2026

Acquisition provides resources to scale with intention while preserving culture, leadership, and client partnerships

On January 19, 2026, Czarnowski Collective announced it had been acquired by Platinum Equity, a global investment firm with a long history of supporting established, growth-oriented businesses. The acquisition represents a strategic investment in Czarnowski Collective’s future, providing additional resources to support continued innovation and scale while maintaining the company’s longstanding culture, values, and vision for the future.

Czarnowski Collective has been privately owned for more than 70 years and remains privately held following the transaction. The company’s leadership team and studio structure remain unchanged, as do the services, capabilities, and dedicated teams that its clients rely on.

What is changing is what’s possible.

At the core of Czarnowski Collective is its ethos, We Wonder - a culture of curiosity that drives its teams to ask better questions, think more expansively, and design brand experiences that feel original, intentional, and purpose-built. This mindset has guided the company for decades and remains central to its future growth.

"This acquisition is about momentum, not disruption,” said Jim Milanowski, CEO of Czarnowski Collective. “Platinum Equity shares our belief in the value of experiences and the importance of building with intention. This partnership gives us the resources and operational support to grow thoughtfully, invest in our people and capabilities, and continue delivering exceptional work for our clients.”
